If required, you can apply for a Schengen visa at the Dutch Embassies and Consulates in the country where you reside or are entitled to reside. In some countries, you may apply for a Schengen visa through an outside agency.

Please make sure that you apply for your visa in time. We cannot offer any assistance other than provide an invitation letter for your visa application, which we will provide upon request. Please reach out to ICIW10@uu.nl. Note that the letter for your visa application will be provided after registration completion and abstract acceptance.
